Retirement Accounts
Problem
A company noticed a low enrollment of participation in their employer sponsored retirement accounts. It was determined that employees as a group are not thinking about retirement or understand the differences in account types. The company has staff ready to help employees who are interested in the plans to set them up but manpower does not exist to also spend additional time reviewing the basics of retirement accounts.
Solution
An interactive eLearning course was chosen so that employees could learn more about different types of retirement accounts including the company options. By utilizing eLearning as a solution, employees spread throughout the country were able to hear the same information regarding retirement accounts. The course includes a call to action so that employees can then contact their Human Resources representative to go over more specifics regarding plans which may change year to year.

Transitioning
to Collegiate officiating
problem
Due to the growth of in programs and popularity of collegiate women’s lacrosse, there are not enough qualified officials. There is a pool of high school officials who are curious about the collegiate game but unsure of the differences in the rules. Officials are spread out across the country and depending on the area there may not be a collegiate official in the area.
Solution
This interactive Rise course was created to increase the number of high school officials interested in the collegiate game. Since officials are spread out across the country, any high school official interested in learning more about the collegiate game can access the course. This could be provided as a free resource to local chapters to share with officials to increase interest in learning the collegiate game. It can also be useful for those officials who referee at both the high school and collegiate levels as a review of key differences of rules.
