I have spent over 15 years studying and applying how we learn using adult learning principles and cognitive science to create behavior change.  I design, develop and facilitate:  eLearning, instructor led training, virtual instructor led training, micro learning and blended learning to support learner growth and meet organizational needs.  Most recently, I have strengthened my skill set through the Applied Instructional Design Academy, a nine-month comprehensive program with mentoring in instructional design.

I am an advocate for those with disabilities and work to create inclusive organizational cultures.  

When I am not developing learning experiences or training, you will likely find me outside.  I may be with family, playing with my Sheltie, Kodiak or running around officiating lacrosse.  I also enjoy spending time at the beach, hiking in the woods or reading in the rocking chair on my deck.  For pleasure, I love to read non-fiction books around motivation, psychology, money and personal growth.  I am an explorer and love to travel and experience new cultures.
